Daryl Hall cancels concerts due to Lyme disease

Poughkeepsie Journal - Poughkeepsie, NY, USA
Dutchess County resident and rock star Daryl Hall has canceled dates on his summer tour with musical partner John Oates after being diagnosed with Lyme disease, according to a statement released Wednesday by the singer's publicist.

Hall, who helped craft some of rock music's biggest hits as part of the duo Hall and Oates, is expected to make a full recovery, the statement said. Canceled tour dates are currently being rescheduled and a revised tour will be announced shortly.
